PRODUCT WALKTHROUGH · FICTIONAL SAMPLE RECORDS

One job. From quote to invoice.

This example uses ClutchDude’s actual interface with fictional business and customer details. It is a product demonstration, not a customer testimonial.

01

Make the price easy to follow.

Eight doors at $90 each: $720. The customer chooses a $250 ceiling add-on, bringing the accepted total to $970. Unselected trim stays outside the agreement.

02

Give the crew the accepted scope.

The owner reviews the work instructions, hours and exclusions before approving the plan. Customer acceptance alone does not approve a crew budget.

03

Keep the invoice connected.

The invoice retains the accepted door and ceiling work and the $970 total. Payments need a confirmed receipt or an owner-reviewed record; opening an invoice does not count as payment.
